Abstract Information

Abstract submissions are welcomed for both inclusion in the program and in the poster session.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Organising Committee some will be selected for oral presentation and the remaining will be posters

The abstract submitter has the choice to submit the work as poster only, or oral presentation with the alternative to present as a poster pending the decision of the Scientific Organising Committee.

Abstracts should be written in English and are restricted to 300 words. It should include title, names and affiliation of authors including country.

Please do not include references in the abstract. Abstracts are to be submitted online from the registration page.

Submissions are welcome for 2 categories; Clinical Research and Experimental research.

There is no prescribed format for abstracts as long as they conform to the word restrictions.

The deadline for Abstracts submissions is Sunday 21 July 2019.

Instructions for Poster/s

All posters must be in English. Maximum poster size is 90cm (35.4 inches) in width and 120cm (47.2 inches) in length.

Please use the “Portrait” page orientation. Make sure the poster is not crowded by to many letters or numbers.

Posters should be easy to read from a 2 metre distance.
